Day 12: Your Favorite Childhood Book
This is a hard one. It’s also a little ambiguous. Is it my favorite book I read before I reached my teens, or my favorite child’s book (as in simple story that kids can read and enjoy)? Because- I’ve been reading pretty much EVERYTHING since I learned to read and my dad signed me up for a library card. I first read Jurassic Park when I was… maybe 10 years old. I was very much into Thrillers and Mysteries, so books by authors like Dean R. Koontz were ALWAYS in my stack of books to checkout. I’m going to assume it means my favorite CHILD’S BOOK. That doesn’t make it any easier, but it does rule out Michael Crichton and Dean R. Koontz.

Burn, Rewrite or Reread Book Tag
(stolen shamelessly from Dreamy Addictions)
So, here’s what to do:
- Randomly choose 3 books.(It’s easiest to use the ‘Random’ option on your Goodreads read shelf.)
- For each group, decide which book to burn, which one to rewrite, and which to reread.
- Repeat until you completed three rounds.
1. Do you have a certain place at home for reading?
No. I read in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. Whenever the mood strikes- I read.
What I am reading:
Unhinged (Splintered #2) by A.G. Howard
What I just finished reading:
How to Twist a Dragon’s Tale (How To Train Your Dragon #5) by Cressida Cowell
The movies are better than the books, but as long as you are not expecting ANYTHING similar to the movies- the books aren’t bad.
What I plan to read next:
The Gunslinger (The Dark Tower #1) by Stephen King
